Return Policy

Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

• Product Condition: The returned product must be intact, without signs of use or disassembly. It must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.).
• Return Period: The user must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date the order was placed.

Return Procedure

• Notification: The user must inform MigSoft Ltd about the intention to return the product by sending an email to [email protected] or by contacting us at +34 624 321 727.
• Shipping: The returned product must be shipped to our address in Edinburgh, Scotland.
• Return Cost: The cost of return is borne by the customer. The return fee is £25.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned product, MigSoft Ltd will refund the amount paid to the user within 14 days of receiving the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following products are not accepted for return:

• Products that have been opened and/or used;
• Customized products or products manufactured according to specifications provided by the customer;
• Products returned in damaged packaging or with other visible problems at the time of receiving the return. In these cases, the return will be rejected, and the product may be shipped back to the customer.
